1Eligibility

Open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry and have a valid US shipping address. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on October 15, 2026 at 8:00 AM ET and ends on October 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period").

3How to Enter

During the Entry Period, complete all of the following on Instagram:

• Follow @soulandtail.co
• Like the Giveaway post
• Repost the Giveaway post using Instagram's Repost feature
• Leave one comment on the Giveaway post that includes one item number (#1, #2, #3, or #4), the name of your dog with three emojis, and a tag of at least one friend

Each person gets one entry. If you comment more than once, only your first eligible comment counts. Additional comments, or tagging more than one friend, will not increase your chances of winning. Comments that name more than one item number, or that are posted outside the Entry Period, are not eligible.

To keep things fair for every pup, entries from fake, automated, or duplicate accounts will not be counted. If we can't confirm a winner's entry steps, we may ask for a quick screenshot.

4Prizes

Four prizes will be awarded, one per item:

• #1 Daily Roam Harness in Vivid Orange (approximate retail value $64.99)
• #2 Daily Fit Collar in Sunset Fade (approximate retail value $29.99)
• #3 Trail Dash Leash in Solar Orange (approximate retail value $49.99)
• #4 Daily Step Leash in Sunset Fade (approximate retail value $39.99)

Size will be confirmed with each winner. Prizes ship free of charge from our California fulfillment center to a US address. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash or other items. If a prize arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it with the same item. Limit one prize per person.

5Winner Selection

On October 23, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct four separate random drawings, one per item, using a third-party random selection tool. The drawings will take place in order, from #1 to #4. Each drawing will include all eligible comments naming that item. Because each person can enter for only one item, the order of the drawings does not affect anyone's chances. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each item.

6Winner Notification

Winners will be announced in a pinned comment on the Giveaway post, which will include each winning dog's name and tag the winner's Instagram username. Winners will also be contacted by Instagram direct message from @soulandtail.co only. Winners must reply within 48 hours with their preferred size, full name, a valid US shipping address, and a phone number for the carrier. The Sponsor may ask for a photo of the winner's dog to confirm sizing.

If a winner does not reply within 48 hours, is found ineligible, or did not complete all entry steps, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn.

We aim to ship each prize within one business day of receiving the winner's details so it arrives before Halloween. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, particularly for alternate winners.

7Protect Yourself From Scams

We will only contact winners from @soulandtail.co. We will never ask for payment, shipping fees, card details, or login information. Any other account contacting you about this Giveaway is not us. Please report it to Instagram.

8Publicity

By entering, entrants agree that, if selected as a winner, the Sponsor may share their dog's name and tag their Instagram username in a pinned comment on the Giveaway post and on the Sponsor's Instagram account.
