• Clear photos of the full product and the specific problem

Proof of purchase is required for warranty review. Our warranty applies to products purchased from our official website www.soulandtail.co or other authorized Soul and Tail retailers. Products purchased from third-party marketplaces are subject to the return and warranty policy of that platform.

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the details, photos, and proof of purchase to better understand the issue.

If the issue appears to be related to a manufacturing defect or material problem under normal and intended use, we’ll help determine the best next step. Depending on the situation, this may include a repair, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Our warranty covers material and manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by:

• Dog chewing, rough play, or scratching

• Normal wear and tear from regular use over time
• Improper care, including improper washing or storage
• Products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers

If the structure or safety of your product has been affected, please stop using it.
